In an emergency IRL is prepared

In the event of an emergency, IRL has backup procedures to ensure continued service to our clients. IRL has established a dedicated line to provide our clients with service updates when normal communication channels are impaired. Additionally, direct access to the Client Services Department is available in the event the IRL switchboard is non-functional. You will find these access number listed at the bottom of this page.

If IRL's main testing facility in Fort Lauderdale is compromised by a storm, our affiliation with hospital laboratories throughout the Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Treasure Coast areas, provides continuity and maintenance of service levels and response times.
